Can my child attend more than one week of camp? 

For the summer of 2017, we are offering four different types of programming.  We are offering a Mini Camp for 4 days the week of July 4th, A Camps (July Camps), Girls Only Week (for girls of all ages), and B Camps (August Camps).  Each type of program will have completely different activities from one another which means that your child would not partake in the same STEM learning from program to program. 

What age group should I place my child in?

Age groups are divided based on the grade your child will be entering in the upcoming school year. Here is a breakdown of our age groups:

Sprockets: Grades 1 & 2
Circuits: Grades 3 & 4
Gizmos: Grades 5 & 6
Gadgets: Grades 7 & 8
*Gadgmos: Grades 5 to 8 (Available Girls Week Only)

I've registered for the wrong camp. What can I do?

Please contact the directors by phone or e-mail (e-mail is best during July and August). The directors will be happy to transfer your registration to the proper camp week or age group.

Can I change the week of camp I registered for?

Definitely! Please contact the directors who will make the changes for you at no cost, as long as there is space in the week you would like to transfer to. 

My child can longer attend the camp week I have registered for. What can I do?

In the event that your child can no longer attend camp, please contact the directors. We will work with you to see if there is another camp week your child could transfer into instead. If there is no other week that works, we can cancel your registration. Cancellations will result in a full refund, minus a $10.00 cancellation fee.
