What is a Workshop?
Superior Science workshops consist of enthusiastic instructors visiting your classroom for 60-80 minutes to present fun hands-on science activities. Each workshop consists of a small lesson invovling a captivating PowerPoint presentation followed by demonstrations and hands on activities. All workshops correspond to the Ontario Science and Technology Curriculum and assist teachers in their curriculum planning. The goal of our workshops is to empower children to explore new types science and expand their science literacy. At Superior Science, we feel that students should be given the opportunity to experience hands-on science, which emphasizes essential scientific skills such as exploration, observation, problem solving and interpretation.
Each workshop cost is to be determined based on the location and number of participants. Included in this fee is a an interactive PowerPoint point presentation, hands-on activity, and fun give-away prizes.
- Workshops are 60 - 80 minutes in length
- Presented by a team of two university students
- Each workshop will be presented using PowerPoint
- Receipt will be issued after Workshop

Currently, we are working on high school level programming and through contacting us, we can work with you to create a unique experience for your classroom.
