Will I get a registration confirmation e-mail?
Yes. Immediately after you register you should receive a confirmation of your registration details. The e-mail will show you which camp week you are registered for. If this information is incorrect, please contact the directors who can fix any errors.
How much does camp cost?
Pricing for all camps includes registration & a T-shirt for the campers that they should be wearing every day of camp. Prices are as follows for 2023:
All 5-day camps: $235
4-day camps (i.e. Coding and Tech Week): $195
Extended care: +$40 for 5-day week, +$35 for 4-day week
What Time Does Camp Start and End?
The daily schedule for camp is as follows:
Morning Drop Off: 8:30 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.
Lunch: 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M.
Afternoon Pick Up: 4:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.
What can I do if I cannot pick up/drop off my child between the above times?
Not a problem! Feel free to add our extended care option during registration! Extended care is $40.00 per week of camp per child, Extended care allows the following times for drop off and pick up:
Morning Drop Off: 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.
Afternoon Pick Up: 4:00 P.M. to 5:15 P.M.
Can I pick up my child before 4:00 PM?
Yes you can pick up your child prior to 4:00 PM. Please inform your child's instructors at morning drop off. We will arrange to have your child brought down to the regular drop off/pick up area by a volunteer to meet you.
Can I drop off my child after 9:00 AM?
Yes you can drop off your child after 9:00 AM. Please inform your child's instructors at afternoon pick-up the day before. We will provide you with the information and directions to get to the camp rooms where your child can be dropped off.
